Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully stoked on your Staycoolnyc gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and sale items are final sale unless a defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
